The Inspirative Teachers Program was developed as a community service intervention to address disparities in the quality of private madrasah education in Kepulauan Sula Regency, North Maluku, which faces challenges such as shortages of qualified teachers, weak instructional innovation, and limited student interest development. A participatory-collaborative approach was implemented through four stages: identifying partner needs, recruiting and training inspirative teachers from public madrasahs, executing the program at five target madrasahs over three months (August-October 2023), and conducting ongoing evaluation. Inspirative teachers were responsible for teaching, providing additional tutoring, guiding extracurricular activities, and mentoring local teachers in developing teaching materials. Results demonstrated significant improvements in learning quality, teacher professional capacity, and student participation, with contextual innovations like local resource-based practicums and integrative literacy activities. The program successfully served as a catalyst for madrasah cultural transformation, aligning with community empowerment principles, and is recommended for replication in other remote areas to achieve sustainable educational quality equalization
