Administrasi Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat di KUA Kecamatan Sanana

Administrative services are services in the form of providing various forms of documents needed by the community. One example of a marriage registration service. Community satisfaction is the community's response to the discrepancy between the previous level of interest and the actual performance they perceive. The aim of the research is to determine administrative services at the Sanana District religious affairs office (KUA) and to determine the level of public satisfaction at the Sanana District religious affairs office (KUA). The method used in this research is quantitative research, using Population and Sample where the research population includes all data related to services. Meanwhile, the research sample includes consumer satisfaction data at the Sanana District Religious Affairs Office (KUA). The results of the research, partially or t-test, are that the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the Community Satisfaction variable as indicated by the significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 with the t test value showing 4.771. This means that the administrative service variable has a significant effect on community satisfaction in KUA Sanana District.

Tradisi Patabet Masyarakat Kepulauan Sula Dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam

Masyarakat Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula memiliki empat suku besar, yaitu Ya Fai Fatce, Ya Fai Fagud, Ya Fai Fahu, dan Ya Fai Mangon, yang dikenal sebagai Soa Gareha. Meski karakter masing-masing suku berbeda, tradisi Patabet mampu menyatukan mereka, terutama dalam momen duka cita. Patabet adalah tradisi selamatan kematian yang melibatkan doa bersama, tahlilan, dan dzikir, dilaksanakan secara bertahap pada hari ke-3, 5, 7, 9, 20, 40, hingga hari ke-100 setelah kematian, dengan jeda "bet masoa". Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami bentuk praktik Patabet dan perspektif hukum Islam terhadapnya, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tradisi ini sejalan dengan ajaran Islam karena mengandung elemen ibadah dan bakti kepada orang tua. Namun, kesadaran untuk mengambil hikmah dari tradisi ini masih perlu ditingkatkan di kalangan masyarakat.

Tradisi dan Syariah: Penjemputan Kepala Desa Sebelum Sholat Idul Fitri di Desa Wainin Kecamatan Sanana Utara

In a religious context, traditions are often closely related to certain rituals, ceremonies or celebrations that have deep religious meaning. In major religions such as Islam, Christianity or Hinduism, traditions are not just cultural activities, but are also an integral part of worship and practice of the religion's teachings. The aim of this research is to analyze the tradition of picking up the village head before the Eid al-Fitr prayers in Wainin Village, North Sanana District. The method used in this research is qualitative research, using an approach, data collection techniques (interviews, observations, data documentation related to the tradition of picking up village heads before the Eid al-Fitr prayers in Wainin Village, North Sanana District. The research results show that this tradition is in line with sharia principles, maintaining social and cultural values without violating religious teachings. The tradition of picking up the village head is carried out before Eid al-Fitr prayers and is a means of strengthening friendly relations between residents and also respecting the leaders in the village.

Implementasi Nilai Pancasila dalam Pembentukan Disiplin Siswa di MTs Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan: Tinjauan Hukum dan Ekonomi Pendidikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembentukan disiplin siswa di MTs Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan dengan tinjauan hukum dan ekonomi pendidikan. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengungkap upaya, tantangan, dan dampak penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila di sekolah. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila telah diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum, kebijakan sekolah, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Program seperti apel pagi, kerja bakti, dan musyawarah siswa mencerminkan pengamalan nilai-nilai tanggung jawab, gotong royong, dan keadilan sosial. Namun, tantangan muncul dari pemahaman siswa yang masih bersifat teoretis, keterbatasan sumber daya sekolah, dan kurangnya dukungan keluarga. Secara hukum, implementasi ini sejalan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional dan Permendikbud Nomor 20 Tahun 2018. Dari perspektif ekonomi pendidikan, keterbatasan fasilitas menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan disiplin siswa, namun memerlukan penguatan dalam internalisasi nilai, pelibatan keluarga, dan peningkatan sumber daya pendidikan.

The Principle of Al-‘Adatu Muhakkamah: Concept, Application, and Relevance in the Dynamics of Contemporary Islamic Law

The principle of Al-‘Adatu Muhakkamah is a fundamental concept in Islamic law that recognizes customary practices as a source of law, provided they do not contradict Sharia principles. This article examines the concept, legal foundation, and application of this principle in various fields, such as family law, muamalah, and siyasah. Using a literature review method, the findings reveal that this principle offers flexibility within Islamic law to accommodate local traditions, such as customary marriage practices and business transactions rooted in local customs, as long as they adhere to Sharia requirements. However, its application is not absolute, as it must consider the limitations imposed by Sharia principles, such as prohibiting practices inconsistent with Islamic values, such as political dowries. The study further highlights the need for renewed understanding and empirical research on this principle to address the challenges of modernization. In conclusion, Al-‘Adatu Muhakkamah serves as a vital guideline that ensures the relevance of Islamic law while preserving local traditions, provided both align with the overarching objectives of Sharia.
